Try this Easy & Yummy Recipe for Sausage Biscuits

Yummy Sausage Biscuits      Looking for an easy & yummy breakfast recipe that you can make with your kids that they’ll eat? Well look no further! I have found one that my kids ask for over and over and we are sharing it with you. I first discovered this recipe a couple years ago when our daughter was having a “Spa Sleepover” for her birthday. I wanted something easy that could be made ahead of time and reheated if needed. I’m not sure where I found this recipe, but boy am I glad I did! Still to this day when one of the girls that was at the party spends the night, she asks if we can make the small sausage biscuits!
 
 
 
Here is the recipe in case you’d like to try it:
2 lbs. sausage (I use Owens mild)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (I use mild)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
2 can flaky biscuits (I use Grands!)
 
Directions:
After pic sausage biscuitsCut biscuits into thirds and press into mini muffin tins. Brown sausage and drain. Combine sausage with other ingredients in a bowl & spoon into the center of each biscuit. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (or until golden). These can be cooked and then frozen-just reheat in the microwave for 1.5-2 min. Enjoy!
