The “Walk, Run and Roll” Walk & Festival benefiting Special Life Network

The “Walk, Run and Roll” is a fun family-friendly Walk & Festival, benefiting Special Life Network.

The community is invited to come and learn about special needs and experience a morning you won’t soon forget, full of fun together as a community with all abilities included. We will start by mobilizing along the 1.5K scenic path, wide enough for everyone from the weekend walker, the toddler that runs ahead, the individual in a wheelchair, and the seasoned runner.

A festival will follow, full of fabulous entertainment and fantastic games and activities designed to educate kids and grandparents alike about special needs. “Kids on the Block, Inc.” will provide unforgettable educational puppet performances designed to teach about disabilities and differences through puppet characters that share real facts and feelings and interact with the audience. Experience what it would be like to have a special challenge, and see how, with a few minor adaptions, everyone can be included.
