Spend the Summer Exploring Science:

The Woodlands Children’s Museum now enrolling for June and July workshops

THE WOODLANDS, TX – April 14, 2015 – Looking for a way to keep young Isaac Newtons, Albert Einsteins and Marie Curies entertained this summer?

The Woodlands Children’s Museum has a number of options to stimulate the minds of future chemists, engineers and zoologists –ages 4 to 10.

“Make the most of your children’s time off from school and enroll them in creative workshops that allow them to explore their favorite subjects,” Angela Colton, executive director, said. “You might discover a lifelong passion or spark a long-term love of science.”

For budding biologists, 4 years of age, “Crazy about Critters,” or “Insects, Dinosaurs and Mammals” may be the best options.

Children that are 4 years old may also enroll in “Lego Frenzy,” “Kitchen Chemistry,” “To Infinity And Beyond,” or “Wheels, Wings and Whistles.”

For students ages 5 to 8, “Scientifically ARTrageous,” “Got Science,” or “Construction Wizardry,” may be the key to a fun-filled summer.

Children ages 7 to 10 might be interested in one of the “Robotiks Workshops” – “E.A.R.L.Y. Robotics,” or “Advanced E.A.R.L.Y. Robotics.” Children ages 5 to 8 may enroll in “Lego Frenzy Meets Righteous Robotiks

Sessions are available for morning, noon, or the full day with the “Lunch Bunch” option.

Located at 4775 W. Panther Creek Drive, Suite 280, in The Woodlands, 77381, the museum offers educational exhibits, a full calendar of exciting activities and a cool space for creative play for ages 7 and under during the summer.
