Thanksgiving CAMP –

Holiday Adventure Camp at the Creekside YMCA Outdoor Adventure Center gives kids the

opportunity to experience all the fun and excitement of summer camp during their holiday break.

For students, K-6th grade, kids will enjoy outdoor education, hiking, songs and skits, arts/crafts,

adventure tower, giant swing, games, sports and much more. Care is provided 7am – 6:30pm.

Pre-registration is required. Holiday camp is available Nov. 25, 26 and 27.

9th Annual Signatures Author Series
The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center

The John Cooper School Fine Arts Council is sponsoring the 9th Annual Signatures Author Series featuring bestselling novelist Jodi Picoult, author of 23 books, including “My Sister’s Keeper,” “The Tenth Circle,” and her most recent, “The Storyteller.” The luncheon event will include book signings, local authors, a silent auction, VIP event, keynote address and question-and-answer session with Jodi Picoult. Table sponsorships are available at $5,000, $3,000 and $1,500 levels as well as individual reservations for $100. The John Cooper School will hold an Admission Open House for families interested in applying for the 2014-15 academic year. The Open House will begin at 2 p.m. in the school’s Performing Arts Center. Zoo Yoga

Join us as we embark on an expedition through six dynamic habitats.  Whether you are new to yoga or a veteran yogi, we will use our wildlife inspired pranayama, asasnas, and savasanas to guide us on our journey. This season we will learn about, see, and even meet animals from different habitats all over the world.
