Spring, TX – Rayford Road Community Association’s August meeting will be held on August 1, 2013 at 6:30 pm at Kaufman Elementary School (2760 Northridge Forest, Spring, TX 77386). In attendance willbe David Gornet, Chief Engineer of the Grand Parkway Association and Linda Merritt of Zachary Construction to discuss the progress of the Grand Parkway. This will be an open forum for attendees to be able to ask questions regarding construction.

RRCA Interim Board Appointed

Rayford Road Civic Association (RRCA) appointed its founding board at its June 2013 meeting. The
interim board’s main objective and function is to guide RRCA until February 2014, when a newlyelected
board will assume leadership. The interim board members are:
President – Paul Cote
Vice President – Paul Alli
Asst. Vice President – Eric Garrington
Secretary – Jennifer Harris
Treasurer – Brian Desilets
Also, during the June meeting, J.D. Roberts was appointed Membership Committee chairperson.
